Albay's Pride
Entry #2: Small Talk Cafe.
I've been hearing a lot of good reviews from my friends. Small Talk is one of the most-visited restaurants in the city. From celebrities to tourist. So we tried Small Talk for the first time.
First of all, the ambiance is great. It's like time travel into the past and very homey. You'll see a lot hung pieces of old photos of Albay, framed old photos (maybe photos of the owner's family or important people of Albay), memorabilias, old piano and different glassware from mugs to plates.
But to tell you guys, the service is not good. The service crew looks bored taking your orders, Nakakawalang gana. Good thing that their food is good but its not the "best of the best".
Food: Average. 3.5/5
Ambiance: Great Ambiance!! 4/5
Service: 1.5/5
Overall: 3/5
